ABOUT

About the Migration Service

We'll make sure that your WordPress website is safely transferred to its new home.

Website Backup

Safety first, before we transfer your website to its new hosting provider we will make a full backup of your WordPress installation including the core, theme, plugin files, and database.

Update Domain

As soon as we have uploaded your website files and imported your database, we'll be ready to update your DNS settings to point your domain name to your new hosting provider.

Website Transfer

Once we have a complete back up of your website, the next step in the migration process is to transfer your files and database to your new hosting provider.

Reconfiguration

If you are using the same domain name, reconfiguring your website to work with your new hosting provider is a quick affair. However, rebranding to a new domain often involves a little more work!

FAQ

How long do you need to make the changes?

Once an order is processed, we normally update the website within two business days. A long list of tasks may take a little longer. If you can have an urgent request, please let us know in the support form.

How many revisions do I get?

Once we have finished working on your website, we'll update the support ticket and ask you for your feedback. We offer 1 free revision. Additional revisions are quoted separately.

How much does it cost?

The minimum charge is $39, which covers most small and common tasks. If you have a long to-do list or a particularly difficult task, we'll quote you accordingly.

What do you need to get started?

The first step is to contact us by opening a support ticket. In most cases, all we need is a WordPress user account. However, for design and layout changes, we may ask you for your web hosting login details or an FTP account.
