About the Small Tasks Service
A support service designed to help you save time running your website.
Before we start working on your website it's important that we understand your requirements. As soon as you open a support ticket we'll study your request and, if necessary, we will follow up with clarifications.
We can help you upload or change images on your website, slider, and gallery. To get started, simply upload the images to the contact form on the support page.
Interested in adding new functionality to your website? Perhaps you would like a newsletter, Instagram feed, or picture gallery? Simply tells us what's needed and we'll find the best way to get it done!
We can help you upload text to your website, create new pages and update existing content. When you contact us, you can upload a Word document to the contact form.
Need assistance making changes to your website's design? With a little bit of code, we can update your colors, fonts, and change the layout of your pages.
Once we have completed the tasks, a support agent will update the status of your ticket. You will be asked to review your website and suggest any further changes or improvements.

Once an order is processed, we normally update the website within two business days. A long list of tasks may take a little longer. If you can have an urgent request, please let us know in the support form.
Once we have finished working on your website, we'll update the support ticket and ask you for your feedback. We offer 1 free revision. Additional revisions are quoted separately.
The minimum charge is $39, which covers most small and common tasks. If you have a long to-do list or a particularly difficult task, we'll quote you accordingly.
The first step is to contact us by opening a support ticket. In most cases, all we need is a WordPress user account. However, for design and layout changes, we may ask you for your web hosting login details or an FTP account.
